Do you accept the Medicaid waiver?
Yes, we accept the Medicaid waiver as a form of payment for assisted living. It works with your portion of the rent. Ask our staff for more information.
Do you allow smoking?
We do allow smoking; however, it is only allowed in our designated smoking areas.
Do you provide transportation to doctor's appointments?
We try our best to make sure everyone makes it to their doctor’s appointment in time, however, we do not guarantee that we can find transportation for every appointment our residents bring us. The more notice we have for appointments, the better chance we have of finding transportation.
What are your age requirements?
First and foremost, we look at each prospect on a case-by-case basis to make sure we are able to meet the care needs. Age is only one of the factors considered for admission.
What floor plans do you have available?
Woodridge has efficiency studios and deluxe studios available. Check out our website to see floor plans or schedule a tour to come see them in person.
Can I keep the same doctor?
Absolutely, it is residents’ choice on who their physician is. You can keep the same one you’ve had for years, or Woodridge works with several practices that make house calls right here at Woodridge and the doctor comes to see you.
Are you pet friendly?
There is a monthly pet fee for each pet (maximum 2 animals) and we require that you be able to completely care for your pet and our staff will periodically do assessments to make sure everyone is taken care of.
What kind of therapy do you offer?
We work with various home health agencies that offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy right here at Woodridge.
