Nathan Geoghan
Maintenance

Meet our 33-year-old maintenance man, Nathan. Nathan is HVAC certified from Ivy Tech, CPR/First Aid certified, and has a Fostering License. Nathan started out as a CNA for ten years, then switched to maintenance because he loved to fix things and learn everything he could. Being in college for construction enabled him to have the knowledge to be able to build a house from the ground up at the age of 25! He loves being a maintenance man and doing diverse jobs that the residents assign him! He loves working in healthcare and with the older residents with their vast knowledge and sassiness.

One thing about Nathan that is very apparent is that he is family orientated and loves his wife and kids! He has 9 kids total, ranging from 3 months old to 9 years old.  In everything he does, he has his family in his mind. He spends the majority of his free time with his wife and cultivating that relationship. His hobbies include fishing, dancing, going to local pubs, and doing odd and end maintenance jobs. He is a daredevil, loving heights, and spicy foods. He likes to take hot food challenges and eventually convinces his wife to skydive with him! One interesting fact about his family is that he owns a miniature Guinea pig farm, where they breed and sell Guinea pigs. His ultimate lifelong goal is to own a house somewhere in the country and have a quiet and peaceful life.

We are so lucky to have an energetic and knowledgeable maintenance man on our team! He fits right into the Woodridge Family. His goal for the building is to make it look more like a home for our residents; with new lights, ceiling tiles, and plumbing! We are sure he will stick around for the long haul!
